Conference Seeks Papers on Diversity in Telecommunications

The 17th Annual IEEE International Symposium on Personal, Indoor and Mobile Radio Communications has announced a call for papers concerning "diversity in telecommunications." Papers must be submitted by 1 March 2006 and can focus on a broad range of topics, from air-interface technologies to advances in wireless systems and regulation.
