EPA Funding Opportunity - Study and Analysis of Strategies for the Technology Innovation in the Transportation

The Environmental Protection Agency is seeking to fund a cooperative agreement with an eligible institution to develop innovative strategies which would result in the development and adoption of improved vehicle technologies and fuels within the United States. Such innovative strategies will consider the technical options currently available or anticipated to be available in the next 10 to 15 years, the industry and consumer cost impacts of these technologies compared to current vehicles and fuels, economic impacts, both micro and macro, to industry, consumers and society and potential policy implications.
